St. Regis Longboat Key Wedding Welcome Party | Tori & Dan

Hunter Ryan Photo captured a vibrant tented welcome party at the St. Regis Longboat Key. NK Productions planned every detail to perfection as guests gathered on the shoreline of the hotel property. It was a true Florida evening with an orange sunset setting the stage for the tented celebration. A white sailcloth tent from U.S. Tent Rental was installed by the water’s edge, bursting with lush potted greenery by Tropex. Inside there were custom lounge areas and cocktail tables topped with stunning green floral arrangements from Lily Bella Floral Design, complete with printed linens from Nuage Designs, for guests to mingle around. Branded bar facades with a custom print and crest added a sweet, unique detail to this welcome party. Tori & Dan strolled the pier and lawn for golden hour portraits as they prepared to enter their party. As the sun went down, guests enjoyed light bites, drinks, and music from Trinidudes as they kicked off the weekend’s celebrations beneath string lights. This was the perfect pre-cursor to a wedding weekend full of celebrations!
