Hunter Ryan Photo captured timeless photos of a seaside Charleston engagement session. The couple started in downtown Charleston, the historic architecture providing the perfect background for portraits. Their sweet pup joined in on the fun, posing for a few photos. The first outfit selections were a black and white striped dress and navy polo with light khaki pants. They strolled the downtown streets as we captured every laugh, touch, and glimpse.
From there, we set out on a sunset cruise, popping champagne on the deck and enjoying the views. Our bride-to-be chose a blue halter top dress and wide-brim hat while her groom wore light khaki pants and a linen button down shirt. They cozied up on the striped boat bench as the wind blew the flag behind them. The water served as a dark blue contrast to the cream colored boat and provided the perfect backdrop for stunning aerial views. This Charleston engagement session was truly the best of both worlds— city & sea.
