Lauren and Ian were married at the gorgeous Chatham Bars Inn overlooking Cape Cod. Their ceremony and reception took inspiration from the beach to inspire their color theme, even down to the cake. We LOVE traveling for our couples and can often be found outside of the Naples, FL area. We would happily travel to Chatham, MA again and again! Lauren chose a unique open back bow dress from L’elite Bridal with a side slit for the occasion. Amanda McCarthy Beauty illuminated the bride’s already glowing beauty while Ashley Mason styled her hair into a beachside casual elegant style. The seaside ceremony had plenty of natural decor but the couple added their own accents with a white floral and greenery pergola to say their vows beneath. The aisle was made up of white floral and greenery borders perfectly coordinated with the bride’s bouquet designed by Beach Plum Floral.
After the ceremony, guests were able to enjoy the couple’s signature drink, Goucher’s gulp. This beach inspired drink was a mixture of cucumber vodka and lemonade. Once guests moved into an open air reception the colors of the beach came inside with blue and white tablecloths accompanied by hanging baskets overhead in sand color. The clear chairs also coordinated with the light, airy vibe of the event. The crystal candleholders with blue candles made up the centerpieces along with white flowers and greenery all from Peak Event Services. The cake by Chatham Bars Inn was expertly coordinated with light blue and white frosting along with tan accents set in a basket base. The top was covered with white florals and greenery that tied in with the theme beautifully. The bridal portraits had a perfect seaside background of Cape Cod. Steve Memmolo entertained family and friends on this momentous occasion.
