Samantha (aka Sam) and Michael’s (aka Frank) Naples Botanical Garden wedding was perfection from top to bottom! There was SO much incredible sentiment in the day and they were so intentional about every single element. It was incredibly unique, and capturing these two (and their adorable, then 9-month-old daughter, Lennan) was amazing!
When we first spoke with the couple, they told us, “We are going for a very romantic bohemian/Secret garden feel. Lots of dripping flowers and twinkling lights…an intimate affair but also a huge party! We just want it to be centered around love and fun with as little stress as possible! we are both very laid back people and we want our wedding to reflect that- just want everyone to have a good time!”
We instantly fell in love with them! Ha.
Their brother in law officiated their ceremony, where the couple wrote their own vows (which melted us) and their readings included two poems: e.e. cummings “I Carry Your Heart” and Pablo Neruda’s “Sonnet XVII.” (Both of which were incorporated into the details of their day too!)
After the ceremony, everyone headed over to Naples Botanical Garden for the celebration under the stars – complete with tepees and dreamcatchers. Beautiful boho bliss – and absolutely fitting too – as this duo met at Coachella!
