The bride and groom of this Virginia private estate wedding chose Kate Phillips Events to plan their big day and the results were phenomenal. Romantic details were integrated throughout their day starting with their invitations from Sue Corral Ink which included a drawing of the estate and calligraphy printed on white paper. The bride’s dress was a structured gown with deep v neck front, attached belt, and even had pockets. Her something blue was her Larroudé pale blue shoes with blue flowers on them. 1213 Hair Studio styled the bride’s hair into soft curls topped with a veil. Stephanie Parker applied makeup to accentuate the bride’s natural beauty for her big day. The bride’s eyes sparkled brighter than her emerald cut diamond engagement ring as she made her way down the outdoor aisle to her groom dressed in his classic black tuxedo. She carried a large white floral bouquet created by Tourterelle Floral before standing beside her bridesmaids in their pale pink dresses holding similar bouquets with white and soft pink flowers. Baskets of white flowers were set at the end of aisle where the bride and groom exchanged their vows. After mingling during the cocktail hour, guests made their way to the tent reception. Long tables were topped with white and yellow tablecloths and decorated with colorful floral centerpieces and glimmering white votives inside orange candleholders. White dinnerware was set inside basket plate holders with coordinating flatware on both sides. Guests enjoyed a sit down dinner with a white three tier cake with cascading flowers on it for dessert. Twinkling lights strung overhead illuminated the dance floor where the bride danced in her short reception dress with her new husband to music from the band Broadsound.
